Troon Funding opens new division to assist clients with Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Credit Card processing. MERCHANT SERVICES OF ARIZONA provides a single source for all your credit card transactions and credit card processing needs.

MERCHANT SERVICES OF ARIZONA is committed to being Arizona’s low cost provider for Credit Card Processing. After doing much research in this arena, we found fees and the services offered were all over the board. Furthermore, our studies proved many of our clients didn’t understand, or more so didn’t take the time to look, how they were being billed. Our goal is to provide clarity and transparency to an otherwise confusing and/or over looked topic.

In today’s world regardless of whether your business is in Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, and/or the Service Sector, processing Credit Cards is a must. The question is whom should we use, how much should we pay and how fast will we get our money… These are only some of the questions I get when talking to clients.

In addition, it astounds me how many people truly believe they are getting the best deal… When we ask them how much are you paying, many don’t really know the answer or they quote the lowest rate not realizing in most cases that low rate only represents 20, 30 or 40 percent of their total bill. On the balance they are charged a much higher rate.

Merchant Services of Arizona was founded to provide exceptional service, timely monetary transfers, and we can get you up and running in as little as 24 hours… Partnering with The First National Bank of Omaha, we have the resources to meet all your credit card processing needs.

By offering multiple processing options, Merchant Services of Arizona has the ability to approve 98% of all applications for merchant services and merchant accounts we receive. We give you the capacity to offer your customers the largest selection of payment options in the industry. Merchant Services for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and other private label credit card companies are only a click away from you right now.

MERCHANT SERVICES OF ARIZONA makes accepting credit cards efficient, safe and fast while at the same time we are committed to keep your business PCI Compliant.

WE MAKE IT EASY, and it will not cost anything for you to check us out…

OUR OFFER TO YOU…, Let us look at your past three merchant statements…

If We Can Save You Money… YOU WIN…

Troon Funding

Working Capital For Growth

In the recent article, posted by MSNBC

“Battered Small Businesses Are Turning to
Accounts Receivable Factoring to Speed Up Cash Flow”

“With More Than 25.8 Million Businesses in the United States,
Invoice Factoring Offers Hope for Many Small Businesses to Obtain Funds
Based on Their Accounts Receivables During an Economic Downturn”

“According to a survey released on February 10, 2009 by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the economy continues to batter small businesses, which reported declining sales, inventories, earnings and employment in January. In January the NFIB’s “Index of Small Business Optimism” fell to the second-lowest reading in its 35-year history.”

“The organization’s Chief Economist William Dunkelberg has projected that the U.S. unemployment rate will rise to between 7.5 percent and 8 percent in the next few months as small business owners plan to cut jobs (14 percent) and leave job openings unfilled (11 percent) in the next three months.”

“Small business has always been the backbone of the United States economy, creating more than two thirds of net new jobs each year. Politicians of both parties are unanimous in calling for action to help improve economic conditions in the United States, but in the meantime, invoice factoring is a solution that many small businesses are deploying to stay afloat during these tough economic times.”

“According to the U.S. Small Business Association (SBA), there are approximately 25.8 million businesses, and over 99 percent of all employers are small businesses. Small business — firms with fewer than 500 employees — drives the U.S. economy by providing jobs for over half of the nation’s private workforce. The latest figures from the SBA show that small businesses with fewer than 20 employees increased employment by 853,074 during 2001-2002”.

Factoring companies like Troon Funding are helping small businesses stay afloat during these economic times by providing accounts receivable factoring. Invoice factoring can help business owners quick by improving cash flow immediately. In today’s marketplace that is increasing more important as payments from even the best customers are taking longer than ever to collect. Many businesses have come to the conclusion the bank loan underwriting process takes to long at a time when waiting around could be the difference in surviving.

The process is seamless with your customers and accounting department.
Accounts Receivable Factoring will allow your business to take advantage of new opportunities even in a down market. Factoring will provide the working capital for your company to take advantage of those opportunities.

Troon Funding Services

Working Capital for Growth

It appears we have a new stimulus package in place, however it is unclear how and/or when this will help support growth over the coming weeks, months and years ahead. According to the New York Times, “even trimmed to $789 billion, the recovery measure will be the most expansive unleashing of the government’s fiscal firepower in the face of a recession since World War II.” Again, my question is how and when will this money be handed out.

“And yet it seemed almost trifling, compared with the $2.5 trillion rescue plan for the financial system — a combination of loans to banks and incentives to bring capital into the banking system” — that was announced on Tuesday by Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner. At the same time Mr. Geithner was making these statements, across the street on Capital Hill, the eight CEO’s of the largest banks were being questioned, grilled, by our policy makers.

The end result, many of these executives are forgoing their multi-million dollar compensation and bonus programs while on life support paid for by the taxpayer. Your probably wondering by now, what does all this have to do with accounts receivable factoring and/or asset based lending.

My guess is, based on these executives being the poster children for the banking industry, the banks are going to remain extremely conservative for some time. Furthermore, I can assure you they will not want to return to face the same committee after making more bad loans.

It is a double edge sword. On one hand they will be criticized for not putting the money into the system. On the other hand if they do lend to less than perfect credit risks the loans may default and that is what got us here in the first place. Faced with these two choices even with the media and the politicians beating the drums of change, the banks will stay the conservative course.

Where does all this put businesses, both large and small… In a recent article published by Reuters, Accounts Receivable Factoring within the construction trade was up 40% in 2008, and I would not be surprised to see that number grow in 2009 and beyond. The reason: much of the stimulus plan, billions of dollars, are being earmarked for construction and reconstruction of many things, buildings, schools, roads, bridges, infrastructure, et cetera.

The truth is, in most cases, banks are not going to increase existing lending limits to businesses and/or industries weakened by the recent slow down. As in my headline, when banks say no, we say yes, at Troon Funding we specialize in this type of funding. We fund your business based on the strength of your customer. Going forward, as a result of the stimulus package, in many cases the customer will be the government and/or entity representing the government bailout money.

Troon Funding Services

Working Capital For Growth

VIP – Vendor Insta Pay

In many cases there is a fundamental disconnect between most companies and their vendors…

Vendors provide goods and services that enable businesses to grow, prosper, and maintain ongoing operations. In many cases, the vendor is required to offer terms of 30 to 60 days or more to ensure on going purchase orders.

For the vendor a perfect scenario would look much different than the payment schedule outlined above. In most, if not all, cases vendors would prefer to have their invoices paid immediately. Unfortunately many companies like to wait as long as possible before paying invoices received from their vendors. The payment delay increases profitability and provides additional cash flow to better manage their company.

The company inevitably will pay out in 30 to 60 days or more. To remedy this situation, most vendors offer a discount for payment. Unfortunately for both, very few companies take advantage fo the payment discount.

The Vendor Insta Pay program allows you to pay chosen vendors one day after the invoices are approved by your company without using your money and at no cost to you. Your company can wait to pay us on an agreed upon timetable.

The program is very simple, and this is how we do it. The prompt pay discounts offered by your vendors will pay for the program. Many times, we can structure the program such that we can share part of the discount savings with you.

Implementation is easy:

  * We work with you to identify your (VIP) approved vendors.
* Vendors are offered the program to opt-in
* We define payment terms with your accounts payable manager
* For the Vendors who opt-in, instead of net 30 or Net 60 we create VIP
* We pay your vendor in one day less the prompt payment discount.
* Your company then reimburse us on the agreed upon timetable.
*The whole program is implemented in days and requires no additional human resources to manage.

In summary, Troon Funding will purchase your vendor’s payment discounts. We then pay your vendor less the discount and wait in line to be paid by your business within the agreed upon time-frame. The best part all this is done with no cost to your company…

It is simple, for more information on our Vendor Insta Pay program go to : Working Capital For Growth

Troon Funding – Factoring in the New Millennium…

Working Capital For Growth

In North America today, the largest corporate companies and buyers are requiring their supplies to offer extended payment terms. In many cases, there is little room for negotiation. Needless to say, to open a new account or expand current product lines, doing more business with corporate America will require compliance of dated accounts receivable. In essence your business will finance customer invoices for 30, 60, 90 days or more.

Manufacturers and distributors are hit extremely hard when customers want to extend payment terms. In many cases the manufacturer will get terms from vendors of say 30 days, The manufacturer needs the raw material and supplies from the vendors to produce an order. Now lets assume the production cycle is 30 days. In this case, the vendors invoices are due the same the manufacturer is scheduled to ship the order.

Lets assume the manufacturer has offered his corporate customer 60 day terms. In this case, for the manufacturer to fill future orders additional capital will be required to pay vendors timely. Accounts Receivable Factoring can provide the solution to this problem. Troon Funding will advance against the invoice when the goods are received by the customer.

This brings me to Recourse or Non-Recourse. With Non-Recourse Factoring, the funding company (factor) will assume all responsibility for the customer invoice, void of fraud. In the case a customer would default or go out of business, the factor would own that risk. In a nut shell, the factor would be out the money and you would not have to pay it back.

On the other hand with Recourse Factoring you are also responsible. In this case, if a customer would default or go out of business and the factor did not get paid after exhausting all collection efforts, you would be responsible to repay the factor.

Many factors will offer low teaser rates to get your business, however don’t be fooled by assuming all the risk. Troon Funding is not one of these companies. We are a non-recourse factoring company. We partner with our clients to assist in implementing sound credit policies and procedures. By doing so we stand behind your business and our credit decisions.

Understand this difference could save your company thousands of dollars, especially in today’s economic landscape. Imagine being into your largest customer for 60 to 90 days of open invoices and your customers starts to go south. You many have a lot of work to do in replacing the business, However, if you funding your business using a non-recourse factor, I guarantee you will sleep much better at night.

Troon Funding Service

Working Capital For Growth

Where has my banker gone, and when will they be back… This is a common concern for most businesses today, both large and small. In the world of unprecedented bailouts and stimulus plans, many of my clients feel their banks have abandoned them. In a time when this working capital should trickle down, it appears the values are rusted shut…

Savvy business owners in today’s economic climate are turning to Accounts Receivable Factoring in record numbers. Understanding this allows them to still raise cash even when banks say no to business financing.

How it works, rather than the bank lending money against your Accounts Receivables which requires your business to pay back. Troon Funding Services will buy your Accounts Receivables and give your company the money upfront. With the bank your business assumes debt using your Accounts Receivable as collateral, and with Factoring you get the money up front with no debt to repay.

Here are the top 10 benefits to factoring invoices:

  *  Collect Cash Without Debt
*  No Credit Limits
*  No Long Term Contracts
* Use of Funds is Not Restricted
* Pick and Choose What Invoices to Factor
* Strong Financials not Required on Business
* Available to new and non-bankable businesses
* We assume the risk therefore avoid Extending Terms to Questionable Customers
*  Low Factoring Fees
* Receive Cash Now, usually within 24 hours…

Factoring will stimulate cash flow therefore providing your business the capital to pay bills, meet payroll, fund growth and take advantage of payment discounts.

Working Capital For Growth

In the most recent issue of Fortune Small Business there is a great article by Jay Gotz. In Jay’s article “Surviving the Recession” he summarizes through downturns in the market you can afford decreased profits if you have cash flow, however the converse is not true. I could not agree more, cash flow is the life blood to any company. Without proper cash flow the business will not function properly and in many cases the ownership and management will pull away from their long terms success strategies to solve short term cash flow issues.

According to a survey by Fortune and Zogby International of business owners in early December they found, 55% of small business owners say it has become harder to collect receivables in the past six weeks. Of those who say it’s gotten harder, 60% describe this as a serious problem. Spending much time in the private sector, prior to founding Troon Funding Services. I can confirm this is a serious problem, because as accounts receivables grow, cash flow tightens.

Accounts Receivable Factoring will allow your company to convert those accounts receivables to cash. As I stated in a previous article cash is king, especially in this economic environment. This additional working capital can be used to take advantage of payment discounts offered by your vendors, look for new opportunities in the market place due to your competitors inability to ship timely, and/or to pay down existing expenses. In all cases with factoring, your business will be in a better cash position.

Is Accounts Receivable Factiong right or You…

Accounts receivable factoring can actually be a very smart move in the game of business if played correctly. To make some quick money, a business owner will sell their receivables at a discounted price to us for cash. In turn, we will turn take full responsibility of the account. Unlike a bank that charges interest on the businesses loan balance, Troon Funding will charge a small discount fee that is paid after your customer submits payment. Again, this method of financing is not a loan and is most beneficial to businesses looking for immediate cash flow, specifically for invoices less than 90 days old.

Working Capital For Growth

Has your banker entered the witness protection program…

When is the last time you spoke to them, or in that case seen them. More than likely if you recently requested assistance from your local branch manager, the mood in the room is much different. In the lending landscape of the new millennium, many things are assured to be different. Most bank managers at the local and regional levels enter each day waiting to receive new policies and updates from above.

This event in and of itself has slowed the application and more so the approval process on most new loans and lines of credit. In addition, many business owners with existing banking agreements in place are coming to find reduced lending limits and/or the bank is demanding additional security. Unfortunately until the foreclosures and bank losses slow, those businesses seeking working capital trough traditional lending sources will find a more difficult approval process.

That being said, Factoring could be the answer to free up your cash flow. We will help you turn what you already own into cash. Yes, your invoices and/or accounts receivables can be converted to cash immediately. In essence, it will be as if all your customers paid you COD. Would that change your relationship with your vendors? Would it make it easier to cover payrolls and tax payments? Would this option allow your business to seek out new opportunities otherwise unattainable due to the lack of working capital?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, Troon Funding can help. We specialize in Accounts Receivable Factoring, Asset Based Lending, Vendor Insta Pay, and Merchant Services. All of these products will provide cash flow immediately upon delivery of products and/or services to your customer.

To learn more contact us at: www.TroonFunding.com Our professional each have over twenty years of experience in the private sector and will assist your business through each stage of growth.

Now more than ever, securing working capital and managing cash flow will set you apart from your competition that doesn’t.

Troon Funding Service
Working Capital For Growth

Do your customers require your company to offer 30, 45, or 60 day terms to do business with them? If so, do they pay you on time… We have found, in almost all cases, when a business grows their accounts receivable balance also grows. You think, WOW business is great and sales keep pouring in. The problem, as this happens the business is penalized by its own success. Your selling like crazy, but you have no cash…

At the end of the month do you look at your Income Statement and Balance Sheet and think, what if I only had the money my customers owed me… It would be much easier to cover my payroll, payroll taxes, vendors and ongoing operating expenses. Only if I could get my customers to pay me faster… If you are reading this, our team at Troon Funding also understand what you are going through. We have all spent at least twenty years in the private sector managing our own businesses, and accounts receivable, prior to founding this company.

It is unfortunate, but as sales grow and Accounts Receivable increase typically cash flow gets tighter and tighter thus presenting challenges for the company to cover expenses. We also know when this happens, the ownership and upper management’s primary focus shifts from growing and managing the company to collecting unpaid invoices. During these periods of growth it become a daily discussion at the highest levels of the company.

Now imagine turning your invoices into cash upon delivering your goods and/or services as opposed to when your customers decide to pay. Large or small, if your company has unpaid invoices or accounts receivable, Troon Funding can turn those assets into cash. How invoice factoring works, in most cases we will advance your company 80% of the invoice total upon delivery of your goods and/or service. The balance of 20% less a factoring fee will be returned to your business upon payment by the customer.

This will greatly improve your companies cash flow, thus providing liquidity to cover your payroll, taxes, vendors and monthly operating expenses. In some cases vendors will offer discounts and/or reduce pricing to get paid faster, thus saving you money. By utilizing accounts receivable factoring your business will have the cash flow to take advantage of these savings. With Troon Funding you can plan your future growth without the worry of working capital.

In today’s business climate, for continued growth every business needs steady cash flow to manage the day to day operations of the business. Troon Funding Service will provide that. The added benefit, invoice factoring will generate cash flow with no shift in ownership and no debt to repay. Turn what you already own into cash. By doing so you can continue to offer your customers competitive terms while we step in and provide your company the cash.
